Reduce wall heights in and around complexes

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think heavys are spammed because most maps promote super CQC and render ranged weaponry useless. A heavy in the open is a dead heavy, but with these mega-structures good luck finding one outside of them.

When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.
